eh999 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the eh999 online gaming platform ("Platform"), including all services, features, games, promotions, and payment functions available through it. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

2Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on eh999, you must create a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each player may hold only one active account on eh999. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. eh999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
• All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must promptly notify eh999 support if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses associated with it to any third party.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

eh999 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh's mobile financial services (MFS). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit amount, though eh999 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same MFS number used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawals to a different MFS number require identity verification and will be subject to additional review.
• eh999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for standard requests. Withdrawal times may vary during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
• eh999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This may include a copy of a national identity document or other proof of identity as deemed necessary.
• eh999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your MFS provider may apply its own service charges, which are outside eh999's control.

Funds deposited into your eh999 account must be used for gaming. eh999 does not permit the use of its Platform as a payment intermediary or money transfer service. Any attempt to deposit and immediately withdraw funds without meaningful gaming activity will be treated as suspicious and may result in account review or closure.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

eh999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on each individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. eh999 may determine eligibility based on account history, location, deposit method, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Free spin bonuses awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including any applicable game restrictions, minimum bet amounts, and expiry periods.
• eh999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already partially fulfilled its requirements, eh999 will determine appropriate treatment on a case-by-case basis.

5Responsible Gaming

eh999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain healthy gaming habits. The following provisions form part of these Terms:

• Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Players may request a temporary self-exclusion through eh999 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers or withdrawals may be made.
• eh999 strictly prohibits underage gambling. If we have reason to believe that a registered account is being used by a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the account pending age verification.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eh999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Cheating, collusion with other players, or use of any software, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to conceal the source of funds, or using the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Creating or using more than one account, whether under the same identity or different identities, for the purpose of obtaining multiple sign-up bonuses or circumventing any account restriction or ban.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or in any communication with eh999 support.

7Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without the express written permission of eh999.

The eh999 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of eh999. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, trade name, or other brand identifier belonging to eh999 without its prior written consent.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eh999 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities, even if eh999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party provider outages (including MFS payment network disruptions), or events outside eh999's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or professional advice.

9Amendments to These Terms

eh999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, eh999 may — but is not obligated to — notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

10Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. eh999 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. Our support team is available 24/7 and aims to resolve account and payment queries promptly. Where informal resolution is not achieved, eh999 will work with the affected player in good faith to reach a fair outcome. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
